Situation: Create a main menu animation.

Task: Use game assets to create the animation. Activities: First I worked on a blockout animation; I worked with the sequencer in UE5. After that, I took the scene back into Blender to add the game assets. The problem was that it would take a lot of time if I were to make the scene in Unreal and then having to replace everything because the game assets are incomplete. From there, I tried different camera positions and added the made materials as well.

Same scene but different camera angles.

Result: I ended up with nothing this week. Everything I tried so far does not look visually appealing neither highlights the made assets.

Reflection: Little progress was made this week and the things that were made, look bad. I think there are too little assets right now to make a proper scene. Also, the made assets are not made to be seen from nearby. For next week, I want to go back to Unreal and create a scene with all assets we currently have, create an asset list of everything still needed in the scene, and start creating these assets.
