Week 1-3

The full team was established towards the end of the first week. At this time we didn't distrubed roles within the team yet and decided it was a good moment to first listen to what everyone anticipated their learning goals to be. Getting aquinted in the Volkspark we returned discussing who we wanted to be the project lead. In the weekend Mathijs requested to fill the position of project lead as part of his learning goals which was accepted by the group.

The second week started with the gathering of questions for the client, as the meeting was the next day. The client answered several questions, making clear that there was still a lot of freedom in this project. The goal of the project is to create a medium that sparks conversation around city planning. This resulted in the second week being research week. Several topics were researched and documented in the drive. From this research more questions emerged which needed to be adressed during the meeting of the following week.

At the start of the third week we got the news that Timothy, our contact person, couldn't make it to the meeting due to illness. We made the decision to already start on several concepts to be able to receive more in depth feedback on our already existing quesitons. About halfway through the week we got together to share our concepts and categorised them based on involvement. This way we could highlight the benefits and shortcomings of each category during the meeting at the end of the week. After this meeting we got a green light that all of the concepts were good as long as we could argue why they are good prototypes. We will further develop these concepts during week 4, making sure to include our learning goals in the prototype.
