Situation: The mid-term update was completed, and the week was characterized by team playtesting, UX crafting, main menu revamp, applying feedback, main menu layout exploration, and survey translation. The author experienced setbacks due to illness on Wednesday and Thursday.

Task: To complete the mid-term update, conduct team playtesting, focus on UX crafting, revamp the main menu, apply feedback, explore main menu layouts, and translate the survey.

UX Crafting with Stan

Stan and I dived into UX flow, sketching out a user's journey. It’s less about creating magic and more about finding a clear path. The flowchart isn't a masterpiece, but it's shaping up to guide users seamlessly.

Main Menu Revamp:

The main menu got a facelift. Separating flows made sense, a subtle improvement that doesn’t scream but refines. Tomorrow, it’s back to the drawing board for more tweaks based on Stan’s grounded feedback.

Applying Feedback

Stan’s feedback prompted some tweaks in the UX flow and main menu. No fanfare, just a quiet nod to the continuous refinement process. Tomorrow holds more of the same – refining without the need for applause.

Main Menu Layout Exploration

Experimenting with new main menu layouts was a pragmatic affair. No Eureka moment, just a methodical exploration. Tomorrow, we’ll be testing different layouts, seeking a balance between simplicity and functionality.

Action: The team completed the mid-term update, and the week involved collaborative team playtesting for broadcasting, diving into UX flow with Stan, revamping the main menu, applying feedback to the UX flow and main menu, exploring new main menu layouts, and translating the survey for broader accessibility. The author also experienced setbacks due to illness on Wednesday and Thursday.

Survey in Multiple Languages

The survey got a translation for broader accessibility. It's now comfortably settled in Google Forms, patiently awaiting responses. No grand announcement, just a quiet invitation for your thoughts.

Result: The mid-term update was completed, and the week involved significant progress in team playtesting, UX crafting, main menu revamp, and survey translation. The setbacks due to illness were a challenge, but the plan is to regain momentum and make up for lost ground in the following week.
